EXCLUSIONS:

(1) Distributed products from Audio-Tehcnica, Sennheiser, Shure, West Penn, Neutrik, etc, are not eligible for return.  All sales of distributed products are final.

(2) All earphones and microphones are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.

SolutionItems may be returned within 30 days of original purchase from ECA. To be eligible for return the item must be fully functional and in original unmarked packaging. A 25% restocking fee will be charged.

SolutionCustomer sends pics to Elite Core Audio Dealer and Elite Core Audio. Elite Core Audio will file claim with Fedex. Item will be replaced with identical item after item is returned to Elite Core Audio warehouse for inspection. OS3 items excepted*

Replacement Shipping Elite Core Audio will pay for regular shipping of the replacement item. If expedited shipping is required the difference will be paid by the Elite Core Audio Dealer.

*Oversize 3 Item (OS3) DAMAGED in shipping

SolutionDealer assumes all responsibility for oversize item shipments and drop-ships. Elite Core Audio Dealer determines best course of action. FedEx damage claim to be filed by Dealer. Customer keeps item or returns it to the Dealer.
