What is Covered in the Warranty?

The Elite Core Audio Warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship.

The following are not covered: damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, product modification or neglect; damage occurring during shipment; damage resulting from failure to follow instructions contained in your instruction manual; damage resulting from the performance of repairs by someone not authorized by Elite Core Audio.

Warranties by Product Categories

PM-16 Core Products (PM-16, IM-16, DM-8, DM-8PRO, and DM-12PRO)

Elite Core Audio warrants this product to the original retail purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of retail purchase.

Snakes and Cables

Elite Core Audio warrants this product to the original retail purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship without time limit.

ATA Racks and Cases, Pro Audio Accessories

Elite Core Audio warrants this product to the original retail purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Floor Boxes, Wall Plates, Rack Hardware and Installation Accessories

Elite Core Audio warrants this product to the original retail purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.  

Microphones, Headphones, Earphones, and VRL LED Lighting Products

Elite Core Audio warrants this product to the original retail purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of retail purchase.

I am an End User

  • In order to obtain repair or replacement under this warranty, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • End Users should obtain the RMA directly from the authorized Elite Core Audio dealer from whom the item(s) was purchased. 
  • After you have the RMA number, simply return the product (postage prepaid) to:

NOTE: You must enclose proof of purchase and a clear description of the problem with the defective item.  Clearly post the RMA on the outside of the box.   Elite Core Audio will determine warranty status on the item, then repair or replace the product and return it to you.  No repairs will be made on products that are not covered under warranty.

I am an Authorized Elite Core Audio Dealer
