In short- we 100% stand behind all of our gear. If we manufactured it in-house, it has a limited lifetime warranty. We always want to make sure your gear is in working condition and free of manufacturing defects.

The Elite Core Forever Warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship of products manufactured by Elite Core. These items include the brands of Elite Core, OSP, VRL, and SuperFlex Gold.

Elite Core Audio distributes items from other manufacturers such as Shure, Audio-Technica, Sennheiser, Shure, Midas, Turbosound etc.  These items are warrantied by their respective manufacturers and not by Elite Core. For warranty service on distributed products, please contact the manufacturer directly.

The following are not covered: damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, product modification or neglect; damage occurring during shipment; damage resulting from failure to follow instructions contained in your instruction manual; damage resulting from the performance of repairs by someone not authorized by Elite Core Audio.

Elite Core Branded Products (Including PERSEUS, POWER DROP, CAT-SASS, and All Elite Core Cables)

Elite Core Audio warrants these products to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship without time limit.

OSP Racks and Cases & Pro Audio Accessories

Elite Core Audio warrants this product to the original retail purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Floor Boxes, Wall Plates, Rack Hardware and Installation Accessories

Elite Core Audio warrants this product to the original retail purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Microphones

Elite Core Audio warrants this product to the original retail purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of retail purchase.

The Elite Core Audio Warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship. The following are not covered: damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, product modification or neglect; damage occurring during shipment; damage resulting from failure to follow instructions contained in your instruction manual; damage resulting from the performance of repairs by someone not authorized by Elite Core Audio.

Shure, Audio-Technica, and Sennheiser, and other distributed microphones are warrantied by their respective manufacturer. Please contact them directly for warranty service.

RETURNS

EXCLUSIONS:

  • All sales of customized products are final. This includes personalized cables, snakes, power drops, and rack panels - No exceptions.
  • Distributed products from Audio-Technica, Sennheiser, Shure, West Penn, Neutrik, etc, are not eligible for return. All sales of distributed products are final.
  • All earphones and microphones are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.
  • Products that are oversized 3 category (OS3) in their shipping size and are damaged in shipping are not eligible for return.
  • All sales of bulk wire, whether on spools or cut to length are final and not returnable.

Items may be returned within 30 days of original purchase from ECA. To be eligible for return the item must be fully functional and in original unmarked packaging. A 25% restocking fee may be charged

Original shipping

If customer does not want replacement item original shipping will be refunded to the member if FedEx pays a claim.

Fedex will issue a Damage Claim call tag and inspect the item for shipping damage. Item is returned to Elite Core Audio warehouse

Replacement Shipping

Elite Core Audio will pay for regular shipping of the replacement item. If expedited shipping is required the difference will be paid by the Elite Core Audio member

Oversize 3 Item (OS3) damaged in shipping

Member assumes all responsibility for oversize item shipments and drop-ships. Elite Core Member determines best course of action. FedEx damage claim to be filed by Member.
