When will I start receiving proofs?

Beginning April 1st, 2024(not even joking), proofs will be sent our for every product that is receiving customization.

Why is Elite Core implementing proofing?

Our customization offerings can get pretty complicated! We want to make sure the things we build for you are built EXACTLY the way that you envision them. This process will help ensure that you receive a perfect product, every time.

What happens if I forget to approve the proofs?

Your order will be held in a terrible, dark place known as production purgatory. We want to make sure we are building EXACTLY what you want, so our team will not be able to proceed, until you sign off on the design(s).

Never fear though, we will pester you about it, if you forget to approve your proofs. We dislike production purgatory more than you do.

What does this mean for orders without customization?

Absolutely nothing. This change only applies to orders that include products with customization.

What if I want to request changes to the proofs?

We made it easy! You will have the ability to either approve or request changes, for each individual proof. Once you've submitted your requests, our Customization Team will get to work. You will receive another email with a link that will take you to the updated proofs. From here, you will be able to approve or request additional changes.

How do I access the proofs?

Again, we made it easy! If you place an order that contains products with customization, you'll receive an email with a link to view all of the proofs associated with your order.

You can also find the proofs in your order history. Simply navigate to our website, login, and view your orders.

Can I make changes to the customization, after approving the proofs?

Changes cannot be made, once you have signed off on all of the proofs associated with an order. Changes after proof approval would require a significant amount of un-doing work and would negatively impact our ability to get you, and others, orders quickly.

What happens if what I receive does not match the proofs that I signed off on?

If you receive a product that does not match the proof that you signed off on, please click here to initiate a return.

Please note: products cannot be returned for customization related reasons, if what you receive matches the proof that was signed off on.
