Shipping Update

Due to an extreme increase in order flow in our custom shop, we must now increase our expected shipping times on custom built cables and other products. Most of our in-stock items will still ship same day, but custom built items are no longer guaranteed to ship in 1-2 days. Here’s the new policy on expected ship times:

NO CHANGE For all IN-STOCK

Ready to Ship Standard Items

Orders in our system by 2PM CST normally will ship the same day. Orders received after 2PM CST will normally ship the next business day. Tracking info will be uploaded to the website once a shipping label is generated.

BIG CHANGE For all CUSTOM-BUILT

Items from the Elite Core Custom Shop

Orders will ship in 7-10 business days.  This includes all Tactical CAT cables, PC, CSD, CSM, CSI series cables, Perseus products, Power Drops, CAT-SASS products, Andromeda items and systems, custom cut or printed metalwork, customized floor boxes, and custom logo flight cases. Tracking info will be uploaded to the member’s account once the item or items ship.

If custom built items are offered via online selling platforms, it’s suggested that you check the shipping settings so that they accurately reflect the new policy.
