To be eligible for return, products must be unopened in the original packaging.
The Total Refund amount shown on the Return Summary is an estimate. The actual refund amount will have any label costs and / or any fees deducted (if applicable).
All returns and exchanges are subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25%.
Elite Core distributes products from a select group of manufacturers. These products are warranted by their respective manufacturers. For warranty service on distributed products, please contact the manufacturer directly.
All sales of customized products are final - with the only exception being that the customization received does not match the approved proof.
Distributed products are not eligible for return.
All earphones and microphones are not eligible for return.
Products that are Oversized 3 (OS3) in their shipping size and are damaged in shipping are not eligible for return.
All sales of bulk wire, whether on spools or cut to length are not eligible for return.

The Elite Core Forever Warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship of products manufactured by Elite Core.

Includes Elite Core value brands: VRL & SuperFLEX Gold.

What's not covered?

Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
Damage occuring during shipment.
Damage resulting from failure to follow instructions contained in your instruction manual.
Damage resulting from the performance of repairs by someone not authorized by Elite Core.
